but I guess I was wrong. That’s what happens when you completely rely on advice from College Confidential…I could kick myself:

Q: IF I AM NOT ADMITTED UNDER MY FIRST CHOICE MAJOR, WILL UCLA REVIEW ME FOR MY ALTERNATE MAJOR?

A: Since transfer applicants are reviewed based largely upon major-specific preparation course work, UCLA does not usually review transfer applicants for any other than their first choice majors. If you are willing to be considered for another major you can list an alternate major, but listing an alternate major does not guarantee that you will be considered for that major if you are not admitted to your first choice major.

@UCdrone I checked “View Financial Aid Awards and Summary on URSA” link. When I click the other one “View eFAN and Financial Aid Awards on MyFAO” it just says document tracking like before. How about you?

Hello everyone! Tuesday morning I received an “Immediate Response Requested” email from UCLA requesting confirmation of the courses I’m currently enrolled in for Spring. After sending that info an hour or so later I checked my URSA and myUCLA throughout the day, but to no avail. I checked midnight and still no change. After being unable to sleep (after taking some melatonin, no less) I checked my URSA again @ 3 am to find my financial aid summary! However, as of right now myUCLA still remains unchanged (“summer sessions student”). Anyway, I hope the FinAid summary is a good sign.
And that is my UCLA trick story. Good luck to all of you waiting and congrats to everyone who are for sure in!

Congratz banana!!! Has your myUCLA changed? I’m too lazy to check past posts to see if the myUCLA banner change shows up later, but that is what I’m assuming.
