@Tingjonki yeah I can’t believe this. I really think it had to be a bubbling error because I got straight As in the class and my teacher told me he expected me to get a 4/5 on the test…so I’m really bummed. But hey I passed calc which is wayyyy more important to me.

If you got a 2 on AP lang does that mean you won’t get AP credit for taking the class? Does that kmean my GPA will drop? And will colleges look down on me for it even if I got straight As in the class?

Sorry @MaineLonghorn won’t happen again. Just stressed because of my scores.

Chemistry: 2
APUSH: 4
Disappointed and worried how this will affect me. But they average out to 3’s! Hahaha.

• You will not get AP credit
• Unless your school calculates the AP score into your final grade, your GPA will not drop.
• AP Scores are self-reported on the common app. Don’t report it.

Calc BC: 4 (AB subscore: 5)
Lang and Comp: 5
Physics B: 4 (really thought I got a 5 but whatever)
APUSH: 4 (same as physics, thought I got a 5)

Does anyone know if the Calc AB subscore of 5 can get me credit for college? I got a 4 on the AP test last year but a 5 on this years subscore so im wondering if this can take its place?

@skieurope I know I won’t get AP credit from colleges I mean will my school recalculate my GPA which when weighted includes AP?

@Marrissa I doubt that your school will reweight.

I guess CB didn’t like my comparison of the Salem Witch Trials to The Wizard of Oz/ Wicked’s Wicked Witch of the West. Hahaha. Still got a 4 for the PUSH tho!!

APUSH - 5
AP Lang - 5
AP Environmental- 4 (disappointed because I could have gotten a 5, sucky teacher made me slack in the class and learned nothing)

Overall still happy.

Please give me your input if any of you are experienced with Subject Tests - <a href=“Subject Test Scores - Retake? - SAT Subject Test Preparation - College Confidential Forums”>Subject Test Scores - Retake? - SAT Subject Test Preparation - College Confidential Forums;

@biggestunsfan Generally the BC score will trump the subscore. If the college gives credit for a 4 in BC, they will not give additional credit for the subscore.

Calc BC: 5 (Self-Study)
Chemistry: 4 (Quite surprised, our whole class [of 4] came out so sure that we got 5’s)
Computer Science: 4 (This exam was harder than expected)
English Lit: 3 (Never took the class or studied, just took the exam) !
Physics B: 5
Physics C - Mech: 5 (Self-Study)
Physics C - E&M: 5 (Self-Study)

AP Chemistry: 4 (Didn’t even answer the last question)
US History: 4 (Was really expecting a 5 -_-)

English Lang: 5
Human Geo: 5
Macroecon: 5
Microecon: 4

I forgot to study for Microecon so a 4 is alright (I was thinking I was borderline 4/5). The 4 in Calc BC though… :(

SENIOR

Macro: 5
Calc BC: 4
(AB sub): 4
Stat: 3

JUNIOR
US History: 5

SOPHOMORE

Can someone tell me if the AB sub-score counts as a test in itself? Bc right now, if it does, I have four 5’s, four 4’s, and one 3 which I believe would qualify me for national ap scholar. If someone could fill me in, I’d appreciate it

@appplicant For the AP Scholar awards, the subscore in Calc BC and Music Theory do not count.

Ap chemistry: 2
Apush: 4
Ap lang: 5
I saw chemistry coming (our class got reallllly screwed over. Not even our valedictorian passed it.) but I’m kind of disappointed with apush. Pretty good for knowing almost nothing post 1900 though, haha.

Euro: 5
Stats: 5
Bio (self-studied, so I was nervous as hell): 5

@skieurope thanks so much. Kinda sucks to hear but I appreciate the quick response
