<p>I really miss the simple days though, of struggling over my fractions homework while watching Lizzie McGuire.</p>

<p>AHHHH YES I’M BACK! I had the BEST time EVER. OMG OMG OMG. Haha sorry I sound so hyper, I just had an amazing time! Couldn’t stop gushing about it afterwards, things worked out so perfectly.
Basically I got there really early and my interviewer was suuuper funny and warm and entertaining! He didn’t really have to ask too many questions because our convo was really natural and smooth! Zomgggg it was amazing, fun and perfecttt! We started off with what my high school is like, and went from there. I covered all the bases!
And I got to know pretty much tons more about Yale (the exciting syrupy details) that make me want to melt in happy gooey bliss! For example, if you’re craving cookie dough ice cream or this one recipe, you can just ask the master of your res. college to do his best (with “please” of course) and basically the next day it’ll be there! And we talked about Masters’ Teas, the dining hall, art (OMG he was an art major, so I was talking about how I alway sketch the new entrance to the Bass library on free afternoons because I’m pretty much obsessed with it, and he told me his professor designed it!!! LOVE.), everything! It was EPIC.
And he was super funny.
And at the end when we were waiting for the elevator he was like “I’m so glad you’re such an enthusiastic person, sometimes I get people who are really shy and sometimes I even get tears” or something like that, which was hilar! And he did this little impression of a timid sort of person. It was SO much fun. Love love love.
I also took quite pictures. However, the bad news is that I didn’t get to hang out too much in the collegetown so if I head over next weekend I can add some more to an album. Anyways, my mom owes me and my brother several new haven lunches, and J. Crew had a really sick sale I have to return to lol!</p>
<p>Also, really weird: my brother is interested in economics/political science, plays some wicked violin, and runs track in the winter. Also for an AP economics introductory meeting, we had David Miller (visiting economics prof at Yale) come in and chat about game theory at school. And his interviewer today? She was a double major in economics and political science, played violin for 5 years, ran winter track, and her favorite lecture was about game theory!!! Whoaaaaaaaa.</p>

<p>Guys I think we have a lead on one of the Yale short answer questions, where they ask you to make up your own question. “What are your past and present celebrity crushes.” Very insightful! </p>
<p>I know I already asked this but no one really said what they’re doing as their extra Yale essay. Does anyone actually know yet or are we rolling with the punches on this one?</p>
