Thanks! I shall try to pour my heart into it.
As of right now, I’m going to be more active on this thread. Hi friends!

Why helloooo!

Tell us more about yourself!

Alright!
My name is Ellie and I’m from California. I am an anglophile, an admirer of Robert Kennedy (hence username), a soccer player, a journalist, a music lover, a history aficionado, and a future applicant of Yale. If that doesn’t work out for me (and it probably won’t, being an upper middle class white girl with no special hooks), I think I’m going to school in the UK. And I like long walks on the beach.

Yes please! And do PM it’s.been.real if you want to join in on more craziness on facebook :]

Wow, we posted at the same time!

Yes do come and join our secret club!

Where in the UK are you planning to apply? If I don’t get in to college in the US I’ll be staying here and studying here instead.

What do the Facebook shenanigans entail?

And in the UK I’m applying to Oxford, Durham, St. Andrews, LSE, and Edinburgh.

Just us being cool really.

Oooh you’re applying to all the smart people places. Nice :D

AH. You missed all of the anglophile obsessions back on page 50something.

But I’m a hopeless anglophile as well :)

We REALLY need some more male representation here because currently rocker is the ONLY guy. What’s up with that?

When we’re all in Yale we should walk around together, he’ll look like such a player

has visions of Catch Me If You Can with Leonardo Di Caprio as a pilot surrounded by all the air hostesses

Okay, okay I’ll join in on the Facebook fun. When did I get so careless on the Interwebs?

I don’t think he’ll mind at all :]

Harvard used to be here, but I guess he’s busy doing non “nerdy crap” as he puts it?

How did this thread get to 79 pages?!?

A lot of people with too much free time who are avoiding college apps.

Pretty simple, really.

And a mutual Nutella appreciation.

Except Smile (who I’m sure would concur if she tried it).

¡¡¡FELICITACIONES MUCHACHOS, PAGINA OCHENTA!!!

i think someone mentioned that nutella is like chocolate-y. if so, i’m sure i would like it hahaha.

holy crap. 80 freakin pages. ohhh dear. i bet it’s gonna hit 100 by the end of this week. epiiiic.

RFK68 and DMOC welcome!!! hope to see yall at the facebook group =]

yayayyyyy. i love new people.

p.s. what do you eat with nutella??? or can you eat it alone?

haha SO CURIOUS.

Oh, you can DEFINITELY eat it alone. Grab a spoon, pop in a good movie, and enjoy.

But aside from that lovely experience you can eat it in sandwiches with peanut butter, in sandwiches with jelly, in sandwiches alone, on toast, in crepes, with McVities’ biscuits, with Oreos, with chocolate chip cookies, with potato chips (try it…I kid you not), with any kind of fruit (except melons and grapes pretty much), with pretzels, with your finger. Whatever.

The possibilities are endless. And when I was in France they were selling Nutella flavored ice cream too.

It’s a chocolate hazelnut spread about the consistency of smooth peanut butter.
