@carolinamom2boys through email, but in all years past the emails have been found in the spam bin so you have to keep a look out for them!
Email. And they send the application forms via email too. Last year there was some kind of problem with the forms that they sent out for some semifinalists, but it was rectified. They sent their notification on a Friday evening.

Does anyone know what time they usually send the emails?
@Chopinspiano Looking at the thread from last year, emails were received around 3:05 MST, or 5:05 PM EST, on Friday, November 14.
The year before was Sunday Nov 17 at around 7PM EST.
Their twitter account is saying that the emails will be sent within a week.
