@Peter0001 It’s only a 3.3 and I managed an F last semester (Not a GE or Major course so didn’t matter) and I didn’t retake it. So I’m not academically special
My major is comparative international studies
Decision: pending (received an e- mail saying associates to transfer major decisions would be sent out in April)
Location/ Residency: In- State (Southern California)
Major: Political Science
GPA: 3.68 (4.0 in major related)
IGETC: Will complete end of Spring-- missing advanced English + physical science lab
Major Courses: 1 remaining
Work: Office job+ retail
EC: mentorship programs, 1 club, run my own website, + local elections [lots of personal circumstances made it difficult to participate too much]
Applied: CSUF (acc), CPSLO (rej.), SDSU,+ UC’s (pending)
Cause: pending due to my major-- I hope all those with AS/AA- T’s don’t fill up all the spots for those without one.

Just called SDSU Admissions for like the millionth time to see if they received my ADT e-verification and after they plugged in my Red ID, I finally got a “Yes”! Thank you Jesus. Just a couple more weeks until we know what the heck is up with our decisions…it’s so close but so far!!!
I’m so tired of receiving conflicting info from SDSU’s admissions office. I called yesterday to check if they received my AST e-verification and the only thing the woman said was, “We cannot check the status of ASTs. If your community college said they sent it then you’re all good.” That honestly really annoyed me. How can they not check on a requirement for THEIR OWN admission process!? Doesn’t make sense.
I called back today and asked the same question, but I actually received an answer; my verification was received and that I’m “in progress” of receiving my AS-T. I asked when the e-verification was received, but she said she did not know. Who cares lol as long as it was received. She also told me that transcripts are due May 1st for transfers and then final transcripts are due June 30th.
Moral of the story: call multiple times until you get an answer – the correct answer that is.
I think they were still processing them yesterday! I didn’t call yesterday but on Monday I was told to wait towards the end of the week (after ADT e-verifications had been processed) to call and check if they had received mine. Any who, I am glad THAT hurdle has been passed @trufflebutter haha! Now we know that the ONLY thing we have to do now is wait for an answer.
I got accepted too for UCSC for theater but am leaning towards SDSU program
@Christine2015 sociology major i have a 3.12 GPA and i am also part of the AAT program super nervous about my low gpa 
hopefully we get an answer soon. I am a local and i am currently attending cuyamaca college

Have any Criminal Justice majors been accepted?
@xoxon90 in the SDSU website, sociology has a minimum of a 2.5 GPA. As long as you maintain your GPA and keep it above a 2.5, I think you’ll be fine.

@alelii I am also a Criminal Justice major and they told me until April is when I will hear back. I am an AS-T major so that kinda makes a difference on the waiting period.
@raychill89 thanks for the update I called them also about my AS-T after I saw the post you made and they finally gave me some news and told me they have also received m. As-T verification
my required for admission section is now blank too…hopefully this is a good sign that we will find out soon about
AA-T/ADT transfers
