2023 PSU Schreyer Decisions & Waiting

Depends on the class, but seminars would be 14-24(depending on subject popularity and difficulty). The 300-student lectures tend to be 30-35 people.
@bodangles ?

Depends what they register for. They only need 12 honors credits, the rest can be large classes.

Schreyer students are required to graduate with 35 honors credits - more F/So year (21 I think) and less J/Sr year (14?).

Those class sizes are in the range that @MYOS1634 shared. For example, every SHC kid must take CAS 137/138 freshman year- class size is 24.

Depending on your major, some class sizes will be larger while others will be smaller. Class size data (according to the common data set) can be found here.

Many students take non honors classes to balance out their schedule.
Also, if they’re advanced enough, they can take regular 300?400? Level Classes as freshmen (in math or foreign language, in particular…) and they count as honors credit.

Sorry should have said classes!

Anyone else still waiting on the schreyer waitlist?
