Has anyone heard from the honors yet? I'm getting a little antsy/nervous

Don't be too nervous. Schreyer applicants won't hear back for a few months probably. They don't have rolling admission or early action/decision.

the notifications are sent out around feb 16, if the app was sent by nov 30, so hopefully i'll be hearing in the next few days.

Very well.

i'm really nervous

what are your stats? is schreyers your top choice?

S was told the letters might come out one-three days late...we're waiting to hear too and wondering...

My daughter is also waiting..very impatiently I might add. Good luck to all!

According to the 2006 Schreyer application, applications postmarked by the November 30 priority deadline will have a decision mailed out on February 21. Applications postmarked between the priority deadline and March 17 will be notified on a rolling basis.

"Applications postmarked after the priority deadline of November 30, 2005 are reviewed on a rolling basis, with notifications on or after the first-round date of February 21, 2006. The final application postmark deadline is March 17, 2006."

Straight from the website. I think they're saying we should get them around the 21st of Feb. I spoke to someone in admissions last week and I was told that they were trying to get everything done to have it out on the 16th (today). Let's see when we get our decisions.

I really can't wait!
AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

i just found out that a girl from my school <stats unknown=""> recieved her rejection on saturday.</stats>

I'm a little anxious too...only because I'm tired of waiting for April, and it's nice to hear about something this week. Anyone know offhand if I have a shot with a 93 and 1410/2210? I don't know much about Schreyer selectivity.

Please don't start putting chances threads up if you've already applied, save that for the people who're applying now (lazy bums). We will hear back soon enough.

Iygomorta, did you apply also? Some schools send rejections before they send acceptances, and I'm not sure how Schreyers does it. I don't like that idea though, they should do it all at the same time.

Did anyone else get a response on admissions today? I thought they were just going out today...

Yes, I applied. Hoping for any kind of letter today, but the mail is late. This mailman is not one of my favorite people right now.

Ridethecliche, where else did you apply?

Thats for me to know :-p
Schreyers is up there on my list. Being a PA resident, i'm probably going to get state grants and stuff for them and sadly money might end up being the deciding factor for me. I have friends there too, so that could never be a bad thing.

reasonabledad, did your son get a decision today?

Not yet, the mail has not arrived yet. But I am sort of expecting something on Friday, and was surprised to hear lygomorta's report of a decision arriving lsat Saturday. Although it does seem to be true that someone always gets their letter one day early due to vagaries of the postal service.

I know the people who applied for the scholarship programs (braddock? etc) were notified of their decision very early. They'll hear about scholarships when the rest of the students hear about decisions.

just called, they sent them out this morning, so i don't know how the girl from my school found out already, braddock perhaps? let's all commiserate, or (knock on wood) celebrate, on friday. aggghhh

I think i should have it by thursday if was indeed sent on its way earlier this morning.
