2100 to 2200 in 1 week? (SAT I)

I've scored around 2100 on some SAT I practice tests (a couple above, a couple a bit below).
To be fair though, I haven't been too diligent about my studying and I haven't built up much endurance while test taking.
If I take and go over a test or two every day for the next week to fix my mistakes and build up endurance, is it possible to go up 100 points? I am a very diligent worker and study well under pressure, but I still don't know if it is actually possible (I also plan on learning 500 words, which is easy for me as long I actually take the fews hours out of my week to do it)

Has anyone heard or experienced this much of an increase in a week's time? Thanks!

Try to do individual sections instead of an entire test. After completing a section, get someone to check your work. Review your wrong answers, carefully analyzing why your answer was wrong and of course why the actual answer is correct.

Update: Success!
