If your considering any ivy or elite colleges you should definetly retake those SAT's. 2110 is way to low. people that get 2170's dont even consider ivies. try to reach for 2200+

If you're a CA resident, you can get into any UC with that score, a good friend of mine did (also with good grades and other activities).
Ivies will be more of a reach.

if you can retake and do better, do so. But I don't think it's that big of a deal (considering that all else is good).

Um, I think I had exactly that score and got into Stanford. I think once you get past the 2100ish range and with a certain GPA you meet their academic standards and they begin to look more at the soft parts of your app, i.e. your essays and recs. Plus, my SAT score was very much skewed (suck at math, and much better at verbal). I dunno how that worked, but it was pretty clear i wasn't a math person.

Ozzyb, you realize the difference between 2170 and 2200 is like 3-5 questions on the SAT. Honestly, I don't think 30 points on the SAT will affect one's decision in choosing a school that they would really want to go to.

Rockers, I agree with flopsy. Although I might say that UCB/UCLA will be high matches..?
