2130 SAT and 34 ACT, should I submit both?

I am a junior and received a 2130 on the SAT (670 Reading, 800 Math, 660 Writing) and a 34 on the ACT (33 English, 35 Math, 33 Reading, 33 Science), neither are super scores. I was wondering if I should submit both scores or only the ACT?

The ACT (unless the school requires you submit both).
