2190 but a 3.33? UC Chances

So my GPA and SAT scores don't quite match up, but I'm still gonna go for the top UC's.

I'm half mexican and come from a competitive public school in CA

SAT
CR: 680
M: 800
WR: 710

SAT II's
Lit: 640
Math IIC: 760

UC GPA: 3.33

Courseload: 3 AP's Junior year, 2 senior year, 1 honors class soph and senior year

AP Scores (I hope these make up for my poor grades a little): Bio 3, Lang/comp: 4, stat: 4

EC's
Basketball
tennis
leadership role in Student Athletes in the Community club
Spanish Club
Elderly Volunteer work
Canned Food Drive stuff

Essay's
My school counselor said one of my essay's was one of the best she'd ever read, and the other one is pretty good, so yeah

Please chance me for UCB, UCLA, UCSD, UCD, UCSB, UCI, and Loyola Marymount

UCB-Reach
UCLA-Reach
UCSD-Reach
UCD/UCSB/UCI-Slight Reach/High Match

Good SAT but even for the mid tiers, I think a 3.3 is kind of low.

Where is the love?

High SAT with low GPA would make you come off as extremely lazy. I doutb you get into the higher UCs.

bump(ing uglies)

Any opinions on the midtier UC's?

UCB/UCLA: Large Reach (GPA)
UCSD: Reach (GPA)
UCI/UCSB/UCD: Slight Reach
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Match-Safe Match
Loyola Marymount: Safe Match-Safety

I think you got a shot at the mid tier UC's (UCI/UCSB/UCD) because of your excellent SAT. However, with your GPA, UCSD UCLA UC Berkeley are really out of the question. Shoot for mid tier UC's as slight reaches and apply to lower UC's for your match-safe match schools. Best of luck!
