Is it smart to be taking 22 units this semester?
Here are my planned courses
-intro to compsci (4 units)
-calculus 3 (5 units)
-physics 2 (4 units)
-intro to socio (3 units)
-arthistory (3 units)
-microeconomics (3 units)
I’m a stem major btw

I would not recommend taking that many unless you have been in school for a semester and you found you could make good grades easily carrying 18 and had time for more. If that’s the case, you should be okay.
You’ll definitely have to put a lot of work into most of these classes. I know physics and calculus and comp sci are all extremely difficult. However, you can do it if you put in the effort. It’ll be challenging but if you wanna take 22 to graduate early or whatever, then go for it. You just really have to manage your time well. Good luck!
