<p>Like most of the other community colleges in SoCal, none of the courses offered at my CC were accepted by Berkeley. So that leaves me with having to play catch up by taking the three major pre-reqs during the summer, and whats worse is one of the main courses at Cal (phill 100 - philosophical methods) has two pre-reqs 2,4,25a,25b. Having just got off the phone with a philosophy adviser she recommended that I take 25a and 25b over the summer instead of 12A/25A which I was initially signed up for, why? Because 25a and 25b are both major pre-reqs while 2A is not. She also said these two courses are extremely writing intensive courses, can anyone who has taken either of these courses comment on how these courses will be? Last piece of info, I will be taking these courses in summer sess D, so the material will be condensed to fit the 6 week period.</p>
