27 on ACT Princeton 2009 Edition

Is it possible to get my composite score up to 33 at least?

I took a practice exam, and this is what I got:
Englisch: 30
Math: 32
Reading: 27
Science: 18
Composite: 27

A week ago, I DID take the first practice exam from the REAL ACT prep guide after reading their preparation guide(which did NOT HELP AT ALL).
Englisch: 24
Math: 30
Reading: 16
Science: 24
Composite: 24

But yeah. I never took the real ACT yet. I took two practice tests ever.

The science section on the first practice exam of PR was horrendous... Some weird stuff about pigs' weight and ionization energies... :(

Surprisingly, I am a Math-Science person; yet, my science score is a failure... I followed the advice not to read the experiment descriptions at all. I mostly focused on the charts & graphs, except passages that did not have any.

Math, I just need to stop making dumb mistakes. I looked back at the 4 questions I got wrong and realized my errors due to the hastiness.

And how can I improve on the reading? I can NEVER finish it on time... And I always get usually 3 or so wrong on each passage... (although the real ACT practice exam was much worse)

As well as English, I need to improve, especially the rhetorical skills...

Please help me.
