I know you’re probably thinking that a huge 8 point difference but I made a 27 w/o one ounce of studying (I’m not gonna lie I forgot stupid formulas and such) anywho I will be studying all summer I have the Chad Cargill ACT book & I ordered the Real ACT Prep Book, Barrons 36, and the Princeton Review with 1400+ ACT questions. Does anyone have advice on how to study?
I specifically have trouble on Science and the Grammar portion
I know math is just simply practice and the Reading portion I usually make a 30+
So anyone have any tips?
The Science portion just always confuses me with all the graphs and stuff
Thanks you guys

You can certainly improve. 27 without studying tells me that you understand the basic concepts.
To reach your target score, you must cut down on careless errors and perfect your timing.
Try this :
The best way to study for the ACT is to practice with REAL ACT tests. There are 5 tests in the Red ACT Book, 3rd Edition. They are old, but a good place to start to learn the basic concepts.
ACT released several tests in booklet form. Use them next.
Time each practice session to simulate the real test.
English 75 questions in 45 min.
Math 60 questions in 60 min.
Reading 40 questions in 35 min.
Science 40 questions in 35 min
Score your test, and then review only what you got WRONG after each practice session.
I suggest the following schedule:
Take 1 section each week night/with review for 4 nights/week.
Twice per month on a Saturday or Sunday take a full ACT test/with review.
