When applying to penn can you put two potential colleges? As in first and second choice. Many universities do this and I was wondering if penn does this also. Or do you have to commit to one?

You have to commit to one.

However, if you are applying for a joint-degree program (M&T, Huntsman etc), you can specify that your application go to one of the schools if it is not accepted into the special program.

I hate the fact that you can only apply to one college.

Id be happy at Wharton or the College.

sucks.

^Yeah thats what I'm trying to decide. I guess ill apply to the college for economics and if I get in take some courses at wharton. I hear that is allowed.

Yes it is. I think it's much more fun to take Wharton courses without being in Wharton. That way you can elect to take them pass-fail and avoid the brutal wharton curve.

If you want Penn, I suppose apply to the College. It is marginally easier (emphasis on marginally) and AFAIK a better education.
