I've applied as a music intended major..
And I know grades are not the most important thing,
but I've got straight Bs for this semester due to my practicing for auditions...
Is this okay?

Your GPA is not the most important thing in applying to the music dept. Your audition is far more significant.
If you've been invited to audition then I think you can assume that your GPA is acceptable.

While it's true that that audition is far more significant, the thing to watch is that SOM does indeed have an academic cutoff (which is 3.0, I believe...you can read on SOMD website). If you've already been "academically cleared" to audition, and this is the first term fo a 3.0, you should be fine and may not even be asked to explain. UM can revoke offers of admission based on final marks if not consistent with the marks upon which they cleared you. SO...you're okay I think, but check and do what you can to maintain.
Best wishes.
