3.194 GPA is it to low to transfer?

<p>I am a Freshman at University of Massachusetts at Lowell (UMASS). I have 31 credits and I have a 3.194 GPA. Would it be possible for me to transfer to Bentley, Northeastern, NYU, Babson or Wheaton. Or is my GPA to low? I would like to transfer for the Spring of 2009.</p>

<p>My concentration would be Accounting.</p>

<p>Tips and Advice please?</p>
