Transfer with a GPA 3.194 is it too low?

<p>I am a Freshman at University of Massachusetts at Lowell (UMASS). I have 31 credits and I have a 3.194 GPA. Would it be possible for me to transfer to Bentley, Northeastern, NYU, Babson or Wheaton. Or is my GPA to low? I would like to transfer for the Spring of 2009.</p>

<p>My concentration would be Accounting.</p>

<p>Tips and Advice please?</p>

<p>NYU is probably out of the picture but you might have a decent shot at the other schools</p>

<p>Your GPA is likely too low for all those schools. Bring it up over 3.3 and I think you have a shot. What are your SAT/ACT scores?</p>

<p>I agree. NYU may be a reach. Perhaps some brilliant EC's that are major-related?</p>

<p>I would say NYU and Babson are moth major reachs, but Northeastern (while still being a reach) is your best bet.</p>
