3.3 gpa 27 act can i get into state

Im Apping to Michigan State University.I'm going into my senior year at Troy Athens High School and i have a 3.3 gpa. I took the Act and got a 27 and am involved in many clubs and activities in school.I'm in theatre I did varsity lacrosse diving and also Jv tennis and golf.I'm the President of Physics Club and also am in Science Club.I'm tuning in my app the first day of school and I am wondering what are my chances of getting in.

What university is this?

Michigan State University

You'll get in, no doubt.

As long as you have above a 3.0 and a 24 ACT your solid.

are you sure my friend got denied with a 3.3 and a 33 on his act but he got a 2.8 is junior year and then like a 2.8 the begging of his senior year which thats not going to happen to me. I got a 3.3 and a 3.16 in my 2 semesters of my junior year do you think that will affect me much.

im assuming you are instate I dont know where troy athens high school is. If your instate and apply in Sept-Oct your solid.

Well, if your grades go down (ESPECIALLY during Jr. and Senior years) that really hurts your chances of being accepted. Colleges like to see upward trends. If your grades go down, that just telling them that you can't handle the course work. They like to see improvement over the years.

"I got a 3.3 and a 3.16 in my 2 semesters of my junior year do you think that will affect me much."

If it was a 3.3 first semester and a 3.1 second semester, yes, it will affect you. If it's the opposite, it will help you.

But I still think you have a pretty good chance!

Ok should i state the reason why my grade went down my second semester of my junior year. because i was being double rosterd for jv and varsity lacrosse and doing the school play so i would get home at like 10. should i like state that in my app.

Absolutely; that would help a LOT. Explain it in your admissions essay!
