3.5 student with good ECs (I hope lol) for some T30 schools-Will chance back!

Hello! Before I begin I'd like to outline a few things. First, I have a low GPA (compared to my competition...I'm not a snob). In fact, this is the only reasons I'm even bothering coming to this site; to see if I should even bother applying to my top dream schools:

Before I outline the info, please keep in mind that I wish to pursue a career in foreign services. Thanks! I'll chance back for sure!
