Just finished my first semester at Boston College. I know my science GPA is a little low. What should I shoot for over the course of the next few semesters to be competitive for med schools like Georgetown, Tufts, and GW?

This might sound silly. But aim for a 4.0. I know thats quite hard but if you aim that high then whatever you end up with will be very good and should bring up your GPA. As it is, you’ve only completed one semester of college so your GPA can change drastically over the next semester. Also, I have heard from this forum and the premed advisors at my school that if you do better in your next semesters no one will really care about your first semester GPA. And honestly, you didn’t do terrible. 3.65 can be bought up very easily and its still pretty competitive. The science GPA is harder but you haven’t taken that many science classes yet.
