and i STILL don't think I'll get in...what do I do if I get rejected--again! I had 30 hrs...I was taking prerequisite math classes that were not transferrable so I don't technically have any math or sciences yet! Instead I finished up my history and english, spanish and math prereq classes...would this hurt my chances?? The math i took doesn't transfer...

I was accepted with 31hrs and not yet meeting the calc requirement for the Cockrell School (I was taking the calc over the summer). I have a 3.8gpa and was at the local community college. I hope that helps you best of luck.

^^ @UTPG1234, did you let them know you were taking the calc over the summer, or you just get in anyway?

That’s kind of weird, UTPG1234. And also, did you complete physics? I haven’t taken any sort of physics yet, but I have the Calc I & II, Chem, & Bio down. Congrats though.

OP - You should definitely get in. If you don’t it should be because of your credits not transferring.

It showed up as in progress on my transcript so yes they knew I was taking it. The physics was an over the summer thing as well. One way or another 3.7 should be good for anything but the business school.

i think if you don’t have at least 30 transferable hours you can’t get accepted at least thats what happened to somebody look for his topic int his forum
