3.96 UW GPA & 1700 SAT - What are my chances for NYU (CAS), Boston University (CAS), & Northeastern

<p>Hey guys!</p>

<p>I need your honest opinions! I'm an International Student from Southeast Asia applying to CAS at Northeastern, Boston University, and NYU. I was deffo a great student at school, got amazing scores (3.96 UW), BUT I just received my SATs today and it COMPLETELY bogged me down… 1700 (M+CR+W) and 1190 (M+CR). I'm just the worst with standardized test scores.</p>

<p>School: Mediocre Private School in Jakarta, Indonesia (Southeast Asia)
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: Male
Earning: 110K+</p>

<p>GPA: 3.96 UW
Class Rank: Does not rank.
SAT I: 1700 (M+CR+W) and 1190 (M+CR) Which sucked!!!
SAT II: -
AP: AP English & AP Calculus AB
Took all the AP courses offered</p>

<p>All As in 34 subjects except for a C in Physical Education</p>

<p>Do you HONESTLY think I’ll be accepted to any of these schools? Thank you so so much!</p>

<p>Pure Stats i’d say You have higher chances at Boston than the other two. Your SAT is really way under the average of admitted students for these schools. But your GPA is very good. And it’s better to have an excellent GPA and lower test scores than the other way around (in most cases).</p>
