<p>I guess these kids are lucky because they get a three day weekend for an entire school year, but they are missing out on their education.</p>

<p>It seems like that could work... Having an extra weekend day would probably actually help a lot of people.</p>

<p>80 minutes extra of school everyday might be too much to take...but then again Friday off would sound oh so nice.</p>

<p>It would be nice, but not during my football season. have practice end after 8 o'clock instead of 7 o'clock would suck</p>

<p>Sounds pretty interesting. I have a four-day weekend coming up though. I think I'd stick with my school's calendar.</p>

<p>But imagine...a 3 day weekend for an entire school year...almost sounds too good to be true. Life would seem kinda different I suppose.</p>

<p>No, it would mean just more work that needed to be finished...life would not exactly be better. Besides with the stereotype seen on this board it would be an excuse to cram in even more EC time.
Speaking of which, I have 29 May off (sort of, the band must be in the parade), and then after finals are over June 1 I become a de jure senior.</p>

<p>in korea, you have to go to school on saturdays...so when i came here, i was like, "whoa! five days of school only??"</p>

<p>soon we will have more free days than school days in a week...</p>
