For me anyways. I take the Chem subject test in May and I'm panicking already ... my scores on tests have been scattered from 650 (first test I ever took from McGraw-Hill) to 760 (a McGraw-Hill test).

I've taken the Diagnosis, and Test 1 for Barron's and have gotten in the 700-720 range for both. Is that I sign that I will get around those scores on the actual test?

And for the Kaplan book: I've gotten 740 (Diagnosis Test) and 670 (Test 1). Quite a big drop even though I took them 1 week apart from each other.

Any suggestions how to study & helpful tips? I'd really appreciate it!!

Usually you get a higher grade on the actual test than on the practice tests. For example, with Math II, my 4 or 5 practice tests were in the 600s and I made a 790 on the test.
