3 years of language= death sentence?

Alright, so, my school is pretty small, under 300 students. this year I was scheduled to take latin but it conflicted with an ap class. I tried to rework my schedule but it just didn't work because I have so many single classes. I had already taken 3 years of french and one of year of latin (doubled up last year) and I was going to continue on with the Latin because the French dept. sort of died out. And then I was going to try to take French or Latin at the community college or my local adult school but I discovered that I will have neither the time or the money to do this. !!! So, anyway, my question is: will only having three years of a language (well technically two languages) hurt me in the admissions game? My guidance counselor said she's going to explain in it in the the letter of rec but I'm still worried.

I wouldn't worry about it. Most schools only ask for 3 credits, and you technically have 4.

not at all; i only had 3 and i was fine :-P colleges aren't THAT neurotic!

hah I only have 2...don't know how badly that'll screw me yet, though.

Three's fine and if your counselor explains it, you have absolutely nothing at all to worry about. You'll be fine :)
