30-Credit req and need for SAT scores is necessary?

Hi I wish to transfer to several schools and they state that if you have completed 30 credits then you do not have to submit SAT scores and high school transcript.

If I am in the spring semester and will have 30 credits by the end, do I still have to submit these scores and transcripts before the March 1 deadline for most schools?

Ask them. Different places may mean different things when they say 30 units.
