4.54 GPA and 1340 New SAT Score, chances?

My GPA is 4.54/5 and I got 1340 on the Redesigned SAT and 29 on ACT. I’m ranked 20/420 at a highly competitive school. However, I know my SAT isn’t that great. What are my chances of getting into an ivy? Which Ivy should I semi-realistically apply to?

I’m interested in Biology and Chemistry and want to be a doctor

Extracurriculars (shortened):
Piano
Work for a year and still working
President of Science National Honors Society
Officer of Interact club for 3 years
Founded a photography club and am really into photography
Leader of youth group for 2 years
400+ community service hours
Member of English honors, National honors, Hispanic Honors, Math Honors, Art Honors, Music Honors, and Rho Kappa (History Honors) All honors Societies

Ivies tend to be reaches for everyone, but I think that improving a test score if possible could help you (I know you already said the SAT score wasn’t great, but I hope that you have time to make it better). I’m absolutely not an expert on the differences between Ivies and their premed programs, but I know that harvard is good haha. you probably can’t go wrong though…
