I am a high school sophomore, I have a 95.48% average that is the grading system my school uses, and that is roughly at 4.21 GPA on the scale. I am hoping to go into medicine eventually, specifically surgery hopefully. I am a member of the my school’s golf team, a member of the science team at my school, board for an organization for helping early cardiac death in adolescents, and more service events at my school. I have done summer programs at Northwestern and going to Brown over the summer for Biochemistry. I have not taking the ACT or SAT yet, but what are my chances of getting into an elite college such as Harvard, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, WashU, Columbia? Also I am taking the hardest classes at my school.

The SAT/ACT are really going to determine a lot of your chances here, so nobody is going to be able to chance you accurately. A 4.0 GPA can correspond to a 1400 or to a 1600, which would give you very different options.
