4 years in CCC best choice?

Ok so I tagged as a econ major to UCSC
And im applying regualrily to UCSB, UCSD, and UCD possibly Irvine as well.

Though I got 2 issues

1) if I end up going to UCSC worst case scenario I would have Calculus 2 and Calc 3 to do there since they are pre-req. for econ. Best case scenario Only calc 3
So should i put off transffering because I don't have all of their pre requisites done?

------I also plan on double majoring in International relations though UCSC has Global Economics which is why im tagging and would prefer going there. (would take care of both majors)

2) I have been in CC since Fall of 2011 and at first had no idea what im majoring in and just this year I noticed my passion for econ. So im worried about how people may look at me spending so much time in CC.

3) I have no $$$ saved up I have managed to pay through CC since i only qualify for BOG waiver I have always needed to pay for my books, food ect... but no rent and this is what gets me worried. IF i go to a UC they will pay for my education fees but I don't think they will pay for my housing and extra fees like food, transportation ect...

so should i stay here one more year get all of my pre req. done and save money and then transfer? I don't know if these 2 issues should hold me back one year or if their major enough

thanks in advance for your feedback!

btw sorry for tpos this is my first post ever in here and kinda doing this in a rush got class at 4 :/
