Hi, I’m an 11th grade international (Asian) student currently studying in Europe under the International Baccalaureate, and I’ll be moving onto the 12th grade within a month and a half. My last mock exam scores and predicted grades by teachers (who I believe are pretty fair) came out on Friday, and here they are:
Math HL: 7/7 (Predicted/Exam)
Economics HL: 6/6
English L&L HL: 6/6
Physics HL: 7/7
Chemistry SL: 6/7
German ab initio SL: 6/5 (0.5 point away from 6 in exam)
TOK: A
The question is, would this be enough to get me into decent/good colleges? I’m looking at Ivy leagues with special interests in Engineering (I know the chances are slim, but life taught me to shoot high) and wouldn’t mind UK/European colleges as well (Imperial?). My parents told me they wouldn’t support my decision for Western colleges unless the acceptance was for a prestigious one, hence my college choices.
