4year to CC to 4year

I just finished my freshman year and my grades are bad. 2.03gpa. If I go to CC part-time over the summer can I transfer to a school in the fall without them seeing my grades from my 4year school?

Without them seeing the grades from the four year school? No.

As Princess said, you cannot transfer without showing any future schools your transcript. That said, it IS possible to transfer still, though not as early as the fall. You may want to take the summer to reassess your plans and maybe enroll in CC for the fall, but plan to spend a year or two in CC to make up for bad grades.

I was in the same situation as you. I didn’t do well my first year, but I took the summer after my freshman year to figure out what I really wanted. I made the choice to enroll in CC, and I was just accepted to UVA for the fall, after two years at CC. Just make sure you’re really ready to make whatever change necessary to ensure your grades improve! Good luck!

I have decided to go to CC in the fall and then transfer after the semester or at the end of the year…will my GPA start all over again or will I have to raise up the GPA I have at my current school?

Your GPA will not transfer, so you will have a new GPA, but your schools will still look at your grades and courses from each school you have attending. The longer you stay at CC (and do well), the less important your grades now will be.
