OK so there are 5 days until the May SAT. I have been getting M~600 CR~600 W~620 for the past few weeks... My math hasn't really changed at all and I am making slow improvements in CR and Writing. So my question is how can one prepare in the last 5 days before the test? Should I take a bunch of practice tests? Or should I focus more on content based review??? Any other ideas???

P.S. Please don't tell me "You can't cram for the SAT! THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO!!!" I'm sure there's something I can do in my 30hours of studying time from now until Saturday.

Practice tests. I just finished one in BB, finally hit 2300. Not to say that that will translate to the actual test, but I’d like to think so. Great improvement from my 207 PSAT and early practice test around 2000-2100. Just keep churning them out. And check your wrong answers to learn why you got them wrong.

I’m taking it Saturday too. Good luck.

I have pretty much done all the BB tests so are the PR 11 Tests accurate? Or should I go back to those BB tests and thoroughly review what I got wrong?

look over vocab, relax, there’s nothing much you can do at this point.

If you’re really desperate for anything to do, read some news articles, some literary excerpts, go to NYTimes and Wall Street Journal and read some interesting stuff.

Well im using PR 11 and i tried the CB blue book … i feel the CB book shows the material closer to what it is on the real test… i mean they are all real tests they should be close to the may one… but they are a bit easier… the PR 11 book gives a more accurate score, but it is not the same material … found # 16 on pg 823 hard in PR 11 book… well without a calculator its hard…

Review problems, especially the tricky grammar and math problems. Keep rules/facts straight in your head will help a lot.

Best of luck!

Same here… I’m so screwed now. Just did another practice test and my CR and Writing is still at 600+. OMG!!
