5 year masters

I’d like to find out some more about what it takes to get into stevens 5 year masters…
If anyone who got accepted could drop their scores / courseload in the responses that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

  • chance me @ masters program acceptance if you got into it yourself? CR:720 M:690 W:750 I'll probably take ACT next fall cuz i know that math is low, but if you could chance me with those scores anyways that would be awesome.

TYSM to whoever replies to my first thread XD

What program are you aiming to get in to? Your SAT may be slightly low for engineering.

I was accepted into computer engineering and the pinnacle scholar program (includes the 5 year masters) with a 2230 SAT (CR: 800 M: 800 W: 630) and 33 ACT.

That being said, my friends were accepted into just the 5 years masters for electrical and biomedical engineering respectively with a 2120 (730 730 660) and a 2190 (720 760 710)

You seem in the ballpark for consideration for the 5 year Masters. Keep up strong grades and solid coursework.

Try to get your math score higher.

I was accepted into the engineering program (undecided) and I got into the 5-year master’s program.

My SAT’s: CR: 640, M: 710, W: 690;
Math II: 700, Chem: 680

Last year, I took three AP’s (Calculus AB, Lang., and Chem.) and this year I’m taking five (Spanish Lang., Art, Lit., Phys. 1, and Stat.) I’m getting some B’s but mostly A’s.

I wouldn’t worry too much about your SAT’s if I were you, haha. You’ll probably be fine. (And even if someone doesn’t get in, they can just ask to be in it; which is what my friend did at accepted students day)

UPDATE:

I got into 4 + 1 Masters program with half tuition scholarship through ED1 with CR:720 M:690 W:750 , AP Calc, AP Physics, and AP Comp sci, as well as varsity track and cross country captain all in my senior year. (incase any new students come to this thread in future years. )

Congrats! I think you have to maintain a 3.0 GPA to stay in the masters program. Good luck!!!
