i need help! i only have 6 hours to study for AP BIO (ive procrastinated all this time)..does CliffsAP BIo cover the test well and sufficently?

I'm so screwed...I need to go actually learn all the stuff now. I hate my teacher.

I'm using cliff's AP. I got it on Friday and started reading Saturday. I just have to read plants/molecular genetics/5 kingdoms/labs and I'm done. It is worth getting cliffs if you will actually read it. Spend 12 hardcore reading hours from now till 6 AM and you will probably get atleast a high 3+.

quick question how many esssay questions?

There are 4 essays Qs on the test, one of which pertains to an AP Biology lab.

Four essay questions, 3 reg ones + 1 lab one

Actually, my teacher says that it's never guaranteed that there will be a lab essay. it's just highly likely...

I just finished Cliffs Photosynthesis...delicious. Now I've got--? Ecology? Nervous/Immune/Endocrine Systems...+ Reproduction/a bit of dev't. Then just review evolution, phylogeny.

Does anyone know if the operon system is important?

Suffer the pain of bio..then you will be free like a bird after the exam :P

@blossomsnow211: lol!

@Zachsta: really? no labs? Well... chances are, there's gonna be a lab of course.. -.- but if tomorrow's test, by some miracle, doesn't include a lab frq.. I am going to jump for joy and hug the proctor!! (ehh... maybe not the 2nd part)

Yeah, same thing...We never did the labs. How much is there to actually say for the questions?...How specific are they, and how much can you really say?

Pretty much us procrastanators must come to a conclusion. AP Biology will pwn us terribly on Monday, May 8th 2006.

@lucidity: lets both hug the proctor is theres no lab part essay ^.^

OMFG IM STILL SCREWED!!! i need.......
plants
phylum
LAABS!!
ecology
evolution
behavior

i felt so happy after i finished structure and function of animals. too bad it took me 6 hours to finally understand at least 90% of it >.<

Know the operons. I've seen at least two multiple choice questions and an essay that included information on operons in my old AP tests that I studied from.

La-la-la.

Yay Blossomsnow! :)

I kinda.. just skipped behavior..

well.. I looked over it a bit.. but cliffs said it's only gonna be 1% of the test, so I didn't pay attention to it

I'm treating myself to mission impossible 3 right after the ap biology test.

so, study now till probably 2 am, watch movies later. :)
