<p>In the fall I'm planning on applying to the five IR programs that everyone knows: Fletcher, SAIS, SIPA, American SIS, and IR/PS. </p>
<p>For the sake of funding and also fallback schools, what are the rest of the top IR programs? Someone in another thread mentioned USC, Syracuse, and Pitt. </p>
<p>Oh....that one hasn't even opened yet has it. If I understand correctly, Penn State's School of International Affairs will be opening in Fall 2008....</p>
<p>I'd also check out the Jackson School of Int'l Studies at UW-Seattle. Didn't see them on the Foreign Policy rankings, but came across their site and they seem to have a pretty strong program in terms of concentrations and course offerings.</p>
