670 on SAT II Chem for an engineer?

Hey I'm applying OOS publics for chemical engineering and out of all my schools, only University of Delaware looks at SAT IIs. I got a 780 in US History, 740 in Math IIC and a 670 in Chemistry. Should I not bother sending my 670 in Chem to the school or should I send it anyways because it will look better that I took it even though I scored 56th percentile in the nation.

Retake for 750+.

thats not really an option, should i take physics instead? I just took a year of AP chem and next year I am taking AP Physics C(senior year) after taking Honors Physics(which was pretty much AP Physics B) junior year.

If you aren’t going to take Chemistry again, then you should probably take Physics. I’m not familiar with the subject test requirements for U of Delaware, but if you’re applying for engineering you should usually have solid/competitive scores in a Math and Science subject test.

" I scored 56th percentile in the nation. " - The percentile is for the few kids that opted to take Chem SAT2, not all students.
