well i got a 690M 670V (lower quartile) would that mean auto-reject?

^^^ For your sake, hopefully not.

For my sake... the fewer viable applicants there are, the higher my chances of admission :p

yikes! im getting scores a lot lower then most of you. on my last test i got a 620M, a 650V and a 730W. of course those were practice tests-as a junior i havnt taken the real sat yet. i heard that the act was a lot less prep intensive. im planning to just take a practice act and read a procrastiators guide before i take the act that's less then a month away. how did you do on your first sat's? also, do you think that this is a effective way of prep for the act? should i do more or is this enough? im taking both tests in less then a month, and i doubt im gonna do phenomenal on either of them. what were you first sat and act scores and how much did you improve them? thanks
