680 retake?

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I got a 680 on my SAT II Chem b/f I took the AP Exam. Would it be a good idea to reatake it for June? I signed up for the Chem Exam for June, but I was going to alternatively take Math I along with Math 2 if I got a good score (meaning 700+). How would top-tier (ivies and little ivies) reagrd this score?</p>

<p>Well, a 680 isn’t bad, but its not great either. I would recommend retaking it, only if you know that you can score higher. If you consistently get 720+, the go for it (because a 0-30 point jump is not going to look good for SATIIs (you might come off as obsessive)).</p>
