7 year med programs

So I was originally going to apply as a biology major but my parents have been bugging me to try out 7 year med programs. I know they're all really hard and I doubt it's worth the effort to get in with what I have. But if some of you guys think that my stats might actually stand a chance at these programs, I might be willing to try.

I'm borderline even on the requirements so I'm not sure how that would put me in the applicant pool but here is what I've got:
GPA: 3.63 (UW) 3.89 (W)
SAT: 2100 (600 CR, 770 M, 730 W) (best test in one sitting)
ACT: 33 (33 E, 33 S, 32 M, 32 R) 30 on Writing (only took one ACT)
SAT Chem: 710
(planning to take Math 2 in November for schools with later deadlines, ex. TCNJ)
haven't really focused on physics but AP Chem: 4 AP Bio: pending

Service Work: Inlcudes EMT work, hospital work, catholic church work. There's more but not as significant.
Awards: National Honors Society, Tri-M (music) Honors Society
EC: Marching band (over here its varsity and competitive, we win state championships every year, get the chance to go perform at Disney every few years, and performed to the XLVIII Superbowl. This takes up most of my time and leaves me with only 2-4 hours of sleep a night during the fall season, which is a factor to my low grades), Bio-Med club, String quartets (more but insignificant)

So far, I have in mind TCNJ, Drexel, and Rutgers. Boston, I don't even meet the requirements for with a CR+M 1480 req and SAT II Chem AND Math 2 due early November. One question I do have, TCNJ also requires CR+M 1480 but accepts ACTs as a replacement. Would a 33 be considered? I'm not sure about the conversion. How will I fare in applying? Is there any chance for me to get in, especially since very little is based on essay writing?

Also, if you have any other suggestions as for what I should do for a medical career (ex. suggestion to just take 8-year programs, other colleges I should apply to, etc.) it would be appreciated. Thanks.
