Just got these scores, this morning, it was my first time taking the test (Im a junior) and i plan on definitely bringing up the CR and WR scores

with these stats, and taking the hardest possible schedule, what are my chances of getting in to one of these schools, or one like it:

-Duke
-Dartmouth
-Princeton
-Iona

I'm also a state-ranked, almost nationally ranked runner in track/cross country, so i would be running for whatever college i end up going to.

there's no way to make a good judgment from the information you provided... rank would be helpful to contextualize your gpa... i assume you're not being recruited for running, in which case it just makes for a really nice extracurricular, but you certainly need more than that... what other activities/leadership roles do you have? what race are you, what state are you from? perhaps if you made a longer chances thread you'd be able to get some decent feedback, i know i did even as a junior... take a look at some of the longer chances threads and include some of the info i mentioned.

based solely on your scores, i'd say you're a bit below the average for the ivies + duke... it's difficult to assess someone's chances at those schools ordinarily, and the fact that you don't give much information about yourself makes it impossible. if xc is really your only main activity and you're not a urm (black/hispanic), recruited athlete, or legacy at any of those ivies, i'd say you have a below average chance... but i would really need to know more information.
iona would be fine though.
