So I'm a junior, I have 4 AP classes: APUSH, AP LANG, AP PHYSICSMB, and AP CHEM.
I plan to self study these: AP STATS, AP HUMAN GEO, AP PYSCHOLOGY, AND AP BIO, OR AP CALCULUS AB.
IM in pre-calc right now, so I might not do calculus AB . Also I'm studying for then SAT and AMC 12.
I want to be a national ap scholar, and hopefully make AIME, so should I focus on the APs or Sat

If you want to list “National AP Scholar” on your college app, you pretty much need a 4 or above on all eight exams (or any subset of 8 if you’ve taken AP’s in previous years). A lot of work ahead.

Also, Calculus AB requires a good working knowledge of pre-calculus topics, so it might not be a great idea to take AP Calculus this year.

I’d almost suggest focusing more on AMC12. Even just qualifying for the AIME looks more impressive than an 800 on SAT Math. Qualifying for USAMO is even better (only ~270 students qualify each year, as opposed to several thousand National AP scholars)…but that’s mostly if you want to major in a math/science field.

Thanks for the great advice. And yes I do plan to major in a math/science field. Probably an engineer or something.

Ap calc is not hard to self study and at my school pre calc is almost never used, And if you are in amc12 pre calc will seam like a joke. i would add APES to that list.
