A Back to School Chance-Me Thread

I know chances are slim, but I just want to know how slim:
Senior next year
GPA: 3.6 UW, 4.2 W :( but rising trend
ACT: 35 composite
SAT II:
Math IIC: 760
Chem: 740
US History: 670
Will take Lit and Physics, hope to get 750+, definitely 700+
AP Scores:
Stats: 5
Psych: 5
English Language: 4
US History: 4
Chem: 3
Spanish Language: 2 (will likely have this one hidden)
Will be taking Macro/Micro Econ, Gov, Calc BC, Physics, English Literature
IB:
Chem SL: 5
Spanish SL: 5
Will be taking Math SL, Econ HL, English HL, History of the Americas HL
It's very rare for students at my school to take more AP's than this.
No official ranking, but top 10% for sure
Most rigorous courseload (IB Program), taking online university-level classes (Physics B and C equivalents, Philosophy)
Fairly competitive public high school

EC's (years include senior year)
Eco Club: 3 years, Secretary for my senior year
Chinese Club: 2 years
Habitat for Humanity: 1 year
Spanish Club: 1 year
Will try to start a club or two next year, relevant to my essay (I say try because it was rejected last year)

100+ hours working at an art museum in China (volunteer)
I'd say 30 or so hours tutoring a variety of subjects (the tutoring program was cancelled halfway, picked up some tutoring jobs on my own)
Easily 100 hours of Eco Club
Volunteer for a local charity organization, started in the summer, 4 hours a week, let's say 40 hours by the time apps are due
Summer Engineering program run by Johns Hopkins, got a B (3 credits)

Teacher recs should be good, counselor rec should be bland

Applying ED to CAS, Asian

Did I miss anything?

I’m in the same boat as you :frowning:
low GPA, high standardized test scores
hopefully cornell will see us as deserving applicants crosses fingers
