<p>Hi, ive been feeling pretty sad because I dont think I received a good gpa my first quarter in college. Im thinking 2.7 to 2.8 gpa. Im a pre-biology major. Im planning on going to grad school for sure but still thinking about transferring to another school but im afraid my bad first quarter gpa would prevent me from going to grad school or transferring to another school. I know I can improve from now on for sure but im scared this bad first quarter gpa would have an affect on it. Please help :( thank you</p>

<p>Just calm down and keep working hard. A bad first semester is common, but if you’re able to improve and not give up it shows you have tenacity!</p>
