A bit early but... chances?

I am only a junior in hs right now but im starting to look around.
So basically I have horrible test scores, ok GPA, extremely rigorous classes

I am an IB diploma candidate
all classes are taught HL (except math) but only testing HL in 3
HL History
HL English testing hl
HL German B language
SL Math
HL Biology testing hl
HL Chemistry testing hl
and other requirements like TOK
UW GPA (school doesn’t weigh at all) as of now 3.69 (expecting to grad with no lower than 3.5)
My school has been ranked in the top 10 by Newsweek for the past few years

Here is the ugly part
I am a bad test taker
sat: 1550/2400
Act: 24 taking a class now and should improve to around 27 (hopefully)

I have 50 hospital hours so far and expecting to get at least 100.

I am in a couple clubs.
German honor society,Frisbee, and other non serious ones.

Other EC include physics Olympiad, German Trip, enrichment requirements for the school(such as human dissection) , and other small community service things.

Entry? Money? I definitely wont be able to afford full tuition.

You wont get any money in the slightest.

How about admission. Could I get in CAS

Unless you do get your ACTs to 27, I doubt it.

Anybody else have any other opinions. Not that I don't admire boston's, just would like to have more opinions and advice to get into CAS. To be accepted with a some money, would my current stats (accept a higher act score) cut it. What kind of score should I shoot for to get this.

Thanks

Go to this page and click on the red underlined link for "Probability of receiving University scholarships and need-based grants" and that may give you something to shoot for.

Boston University - Office of Financial Assistance - Applying for Financial Aid

yeah I'm not sure on exact figures but you will most likely need a considerable improvement in test scores unless you're interested in CGS but even then you might need some help.. Just my opinion

Well I got my feb act score and I got a 28 . I bombed the reading and I know I can do better so I should be able to boost this up to a 29 or 30 very soon. I am not focusing on sat at all so I most likely wont send that in. Hopefully this will boost my chances.? If I have a chance, I'm still hoping I might be eligible for some financial aid despite my families somewhat high income compared to others. That chart gives me an outlying % of about 85%..

A bit updated

Testing
sat: 1550/2400 <haven't taken one in a year, focusing on act
Act: 28 Still working on it, hoping to get 29 or 30

I am in a few clubs.
German honor society,Frisbee team, Tech club, Fitness club and other non serious ones.

Other EC include physics Olympiad (2nd place in event), Bio Olympiad, German Trip (included family stay), enrichment requirements for the school(such as human dissection, Mx Flash. 6 total) , and other community service projects (recognition from red cross). Don't have time to make a huge list here.
My parents are both from Poland...(I know BU is big on internationalism) so I'm a EU cit

Also, when BU visited my school, I filled out some card that they said shows them you already have interest.

Definitely don't send in your SATs unless you boost them by 400 points. good luck!
