<p>how the H**l do you break in through a nine story window. I am a fireman and the only ladder that I have that goes that high is mounted to a 40 foot truck and weighs 3 tons.</p>
<p>no need for a latter. there had been work on the building for like a year with scaffolds and there was a scaffold platform that was being used to rise up and down the side of the build. that’s how that happened. at least that was the theory going around.</p>
