When I visited I saw a lot of a cappella groups.

thanks for the link!

yeah i am definitely going to try out :). some of the groups i saw were really awesome... and some were just bizarre. but i honestly think that was part of the reason i decided to go to hopkins!

really carpe? What a cappella groups did u think were awesome/are thinking of trying out for?

my friends in a capella right now, and he loves it. He's with the Allnighters, so you might want to check that out

oh yeah well i am a girl so i can't try out for the allnighters :( i think i saw the octopedes when i was there and they were pretty cool. there was also this comedy a capella group which was entertaining but not really my style. im sure there are lots more though!

Hey just a question to throw out there, do the Allnighters compare at all to the ever well known Yale Male a cappella group the Whippenpoofs(I think) or the Princeton Tigertones?

the Octopodes and AllNighters are the two top a capella groups at Hopkins and they both have won national competitions against the best a capella groups from other colleges. Remember the AllNighters are all male and the Octopodes are co-ed.
