a CB policy kind of question. help pls!

<p>sorry for posting this here and in the SAT part of the forum but I quite need some answers and no one seems to read my topic....so did the following ever happened to any of you? could anyone please help!!!!!! I don't know what to do!
so i was trying to register for the nov test and the center i wanted was no longer available and I didn't select another one but they still took my money...and they have this policy but I don't quite understand...english isn't my native language so will you please excuse me but also please heeeeeeelp me!!!
the policy is the following :
"If you submit a test registration and neither of your test center choices are available, and you do not choose an alternate test center, a funds hold will remain on your credit card account until it expires, according to the policy of your credit card company (generally ranging from 24 hours to several days)."
so...finally what happened to my money...did I just loose it?
please help!
i don't know what to do...just register agin befor the only available cenet in my country doesn't get filled and forget about my money or just wait for the CB's answer to my e-mail(that I've sent over 24h ago)????</p>

<p>no...because the money is not on my credit card any more...so I can't register another time(with the same money) and in my CB account I don't have a nov registration for the exam nor an admission ticket!!!!</p>
